I have worked in various places in UK, and spent a number of years in Glasgow but now in County Durham. I have one daughter who works as a Tax Accountant in Germany.

I work on a monthly fixed fee basis. That depends on the size of your business and the potential work involved. If you want to use QuickBooks which I recommend you will need to pay for a client plan yourself. I get access with your permission. Local clients who don’t feel comfortable with remote Apps can meet locally from time to time.

I like to work on a monthly basis and keep books up to date. This saves some chaos later on in my experience. If you feel confident with maintaining your records with QuickBooks, I am happy to discuss that. If we agreed on a way forward doing it this way, I would have to plan a time slot to do this work in the future, and discuss an appropriate payment plan.
